PLANNED PARTIES/EVENTS must be arranged 5 days in advance through Clearwater Pool Management (331-7066) or the Lifeguard manager on duty. No exclusive use of the pool for parties.
POOL ACCESS will be granted to only those residents with current assessment accounts. Contact Plateau Property Management at accesstags@plateaupropertymgmt.com if you need a pool tag .
1st Tag $10.00 Additional or replacement tag $25.00 Maximum 2 tags per household
NOTE: Plateau Property Management cannot process your request until they receive your closing information from your title company. Contact your title company if there is a delay.
ADULT EARLY SWIM: Complete pool waiver and submit to Plateau Property Management for Adult Early swim hours.
MAINTENANCE issues at the pool should be reported to the lifeguard manager on duty and Plateau Property Management Company at accesstags@plateaupropertymgmt.com.

Pool Rules
- Children under the age of seven (7) must be attended at all times by a parent/guardian. The parent must be in the water within an arms reach of the child.
- Children not toilet trained must wear swim diapers, and tight-fitting plastic pants to prevent leakage. Disposable diapers are not allowed in any pool at any time.
- Tobacco, alcohol, drugs, firearms, or weapons of any type are NOT allowed within the Amenity Center. The exception to this rule is that alcohol may be permitted for officially sanctioned HOA events, by approval of the Board of Directors.
- Children seventeen and under (17) must be accompanied by an adult, age 21 or over, when lifeguards are not on duty. When lifeguards are on duty, an adult must accompany children under twelve. If misbehavior becomes an issue the age requirement will be reevaluated.
- No diving, somersaults, back dives, cannonballs or similar diving. No running or horseplay.
- No glass containers allowed in the Amenities area, including pool area and playscape.
- Proper swimwear is required at all times. No thongs or cut-off shorts. The use of life saving equipment is for emergencies only.
- Air-inflated equipment limited to one-person capacity/use.
- No pets, bicycles, skateboards, or roller blades within pool fence, or playscape area.
- No eating or drinking in the pools or within 3 feet of the pools.
- The use of radios, tape players, and/or musical instruments is limited to headphones only, except for Deer Creek Ranch HOA sanctioned parties/events.
- All trash is to be placed in the proper trash containers.
- Please keep gates closed at all times. Access must be by authorized holders of Key Tags and I.D. Badges. If your tag is not working contact Plateau Property Management (Deactivation occurs when Assessments are delinquent). Do not open gate for anyone other than your household/guest.
- POOL PARTIES/EVENTS MUST BE SCHEDULED WITH CLEARWATER MANAGEMENT five (5) days in advance of the event, call 331-7066 or contact the Life Guard Manager on duty. No exclusive use of the pool for parties, except Deer Creek Ranch HOA parties.
- An adult member must accompany all guests at all times. Please limit guests to five (5) per family.
- Pool hours subject to change with out prior notice.
- Improper conduct should be reported to the Property Manager at 441-1041. Infractions of these rules may result in the loss of pool privileges. Lifeguards will have authorization to enforce all rules as stated.
Tags will be deactivated for all delinquent accounts

Failure to observe facility rules and or lifeguard directions can result in loss of pool privileges.
