Welcome! Our community is located in beautiful Cedar Park, Texas and is comprised of the neighborhoods of Deer Creek Ranch, Cypress Canyon Preserve, and Cypress Canyon Vistas. This website was developed to serve as an informative resource for both current & future residents. Please feel free to contact us with your comments and suggestions.

HOW CAN WE HELP OUR NEIGHBORS IN NEED?
Hill Country Bible Church (12124 RR 620 North, Austin, TX 78750; 512-331-5050) is working with the Austin Disaster Relief Network to organize teams to help connect supplies to families in need.  The information below can also be found on either website (www.hcbc.com; www.adrntx.org).  Please check their websites for the most up to date information.

If you can donate your time:
HCBC needs volunteers to receive, sort and pack items for distribution and others to drive trucks with items to fire camps and distribution centers. If you are available to serve, just show up at the church office or contact communityimpact@hcbc.com.

If you can donate items:
Fire victims and responders are in urgent need of the following items:
  • Gatoraide/poweraid in wrapped cases
  • Water, preferably with electrolytes, in wrapped cases
  • PROTIEN Snacks such as power/cliff bars
  • Individual bags of nuts, cheese/peanut butter crackers
  • Wet Ones and wipes
  • Eye Drops
  • Cleaning products, heavy duty trash bags, trash cans
  • Work Gloves
  • Diapers
  • Baby Food
  • Kennels for Dogs
  • Socks
  • Gifts for Kids
HCBC will continue to be a collection center for the fires in central Texas and you can bring donations to the front of building C from 8:00 AM-8:00 PM weekdays and from 8:00 AM-1:00 PM this Sunday.

WILD FIRE PREPAREDNESS
(September 6, 2011)
Supplies to take with you if you need to evacuate:
  • Water—one gallon per person, per day (3­day supply)
  • Food—non­perishable, easy­to­prepare items (3­day supply)
  • Flashlight
  • Battery­powered or hand­crank radio (NOAA Weather Radio, if possible)
  • Extra batteries
  • First aid kit
  • Medications (7­day supply) and medical items
  • Multi­purpose tool
  • Sanitation and personal hygiene items
  • Copies of personal documents (medication list and pertinent medical information, deed/lease to home, birth certificates, insurance policies)
  • Cell phone with chargers
  • Family and emergency contact information
  • Extra cash
  • Emergency blanket
  • Map(s) of the area
  • Other essential items that could not be replaced if they were destroyed
