DEER CREEK RANCH RESIDENT AND PARENTS:  The beautiful greenbelt/pond area off Rambler Drive and behind homes on Lovett Lane has become a source of concern for the community.  Children are building forts in the area, residents are dumping brush, etc. and some people are even cutting trees.  Please note that this area is not open for general access.  Signs will be posted this month that specify:  No fishing, No watercraft, No swimming, No motorized vehicles and No trespassing.  Please adhere to these rules. 

ROOF REPLACEMENT:  Due to the recent hail storm many of you are replacing your roofs.  Please contact Plateau Property Management if you are changing the color or roofing material.  Any change in color or roofing material (from the existing roof) MUST be submitted to management for Architectural Review.   If you are replacing the roof with the same color and similar material please contact our office so we can place a note in your file.   Only black, brown and grey shingles are allowed.  If you have questions or wish to notify the association of your project please contact violations@plateaupropertymgmt.com   Thank you.

BOARD POSITION OPEN

The Deer Creek Ranch HOA has a board position open.  This position is for a resident member to serve on the board as Vice President.   At the next annual meeting (September) this position will be up for election to a three (3) year term.

Duties:  The Vice President serves in the event that the president is unable to do so.  The board typically meets quarterly but there is day to day communication among board members with the Management Company and residents.  Some meetings are teleconferences but most are face to face.  The meeting are held it the subdivision, usually during the day.

The board members oversee the management company and are involved in the day to day operations of the association.

Anyone interested in serving on the board should submit a short bio, areas of interest, etc. to Plateau Property Management at rp@plateaupropertymgmt.com.

We're almost there, gang! If you see your street on the following list, please consider serving as a Block Captain or Co-Captain.

As a reminder, the function of a Block Captain is:

Block Captains help out by distributing flyers, newsletters, directories and planning block parties for their designated streets. They also serve as a source of information to the other residents on their block. If you're interested in helping on a smaller scale, this is a great way to do so and get to know your surrounding neighbors.

Neighbors - Help Please !

Please keep your eyes open for anyone illegally dumping trash in the dumpster at the Quiet Moon Pool and Amenity Center. Someone is using our dumpster to dump their trash and we don't have room for the trash from the pool and Amenity Center. This is costing the HOA hundreds of dollars for the extra pickups by the trash collectors - and we can't keep up. Please call Plateau at (512)441-1041 with a license number if you see someone.
